Job details
- Implementation of childcare for children aged 2 to 6, incorporating international educational philosophies such as Montessori, Jena Plan, Adlerian Psychology, Finnish Education, and Reggio Emilia approach, based on Japanese guidelines.
- Leading the class in collaboration with a class partner as well as creating and documenting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
- Proactive communication with parents.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participating in various meetings and training sessions.
- Other tasks related to nursery operations.
Skills, qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with young children.
- Currently residing in Japan
- Strong growth mindset and passion for pieces of training.
- Communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills such as word, excel, operation tool and Canva, and no resistance to Tech.
- Qualification in childhood education is a plus.
Educational background
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education.
Working Hours
Example:Full-Time & Contract Employees
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (60-minute break, actual working hours: 8 hours)
- Overtime: Approximately 45 minutes per day (overtime pay provided)
- Shift System: Available (negotiable)
